 + 0 moreThe job was time consuming but the finished product was well worth the time and effort! The results were far better than I could ever have dreamed! Ilya and his crew were on time, clean and professional. They cleaned up after themselves daily and were willing to accommodate any schedule I needed. I am thrilled to say that I have found a company that is honest, fair and will be working on several more projects for me.
Description of Work: Water damage and slight roof leak- The ceiling had several areas of water damage that needed to be worked on.Luckily Ilya, the owner of the company, has a diverse skill range and was able to patch the roof to prevent any further damage. Repair, extensive prep and paint- The previous owner painted using latex over oil based paint, consequently the paint was peeling and needed to be removed, sanded down and properly prepared.
