I sure wish I had checked Angie's list first!!!
I thought it was a good deal on a Frost Free Freezer, exact same model that I had been looking at retail.  They delivered it today.  It has not stopped running since it was delivered.  The sides are very hot.  It is not Frost Free.  The drain hose has been removed so if I turn it off and allow it to thaw it will leak all over the floor with no way to direct it.  
I called and told them that this was definitely not the way this freezer was portrayed.  I wanted it picked up since it was fraudulently portrayed to me.  They wanted to come and service it.  There is no way this freezer is worth anything close to what they charged with the lies that were told.
After talking with the sales person (she was sorry), she transferred me to her boss who told me that the receipt states NO Refunds, but 90 day warranty.  I told her that I was lied to about what it was and wanted all my money back.  After much discussion, she is going to have the Manager call me tomorrow.  With the lies and the attitude that I was feed, I stopped payment on the check.  I will deal with the repercussions of that after they come and pick it up. 

The last refrigerator that they brought to my house leaked water all over the floor, onto the subfloor, into the crawlspace of my home. $4000+ in damages! I sued them in small claims court and loss the case because, although they offer a 90 day warranty on the merchandise, they have a disclaimer on the invoice that states they will not be responsible for any damages to your personal property. The judge said I've pretty much been scammed but they were protected with the disclaimer. So, I'm out of $600 for the refrigerator, stuck with $4000 of damages in my new home, and stuck with a refrigerator that doesn't work.
