The cleaning service didn't call back or provide any service. That's about it!

I contacted them in the spring to have my house cleaned. I didn't get a call back. I thought maybe they were inundated with calls because of their $99 offer, so I waited a few months and tried again to no avail. The last time I tried was in the late fall and could not reach them. I paid for this through Angie's List. Am I able to get a refund?

I was unable to establish contact with this company at all: - they did not contact me after I purchased the Big Deal. - I can't remember how I got their phone #, whether it was on the web or I did 411 or what, but I did figure out a phone # for them but no one answered -- you could only leave a message but... - I tried to leave a voice mail - but the voice mailbox was full and would not accept any more messages. - The actual phone # that shows now on Angie's list related to that Big Deal is 470-213-4915 470-213-4915 470-213-4915 470-213-4915 and there is only a recorded phone message that says the # dialed is an incorrect # and hangs up. - Whoever is behind this has a phone system all figured out so that he/she can't be reached. - I contacted Angie's list about another company with a similar offer to replace this one, but I was out of their service area. Too long ago to remember, frankly.

They never ended up contacted me back.

They never called to set up an appointment.

Nothing was done. I do not believe Angie's List continues to work with this vendor.

When I called to schedule my cleaning he company phone had been disconnected.

I had a very poor first interaction with this service provider. He was very rude to me over the phone and hung up on me.

I was never able to get in touch with the company and could not use the deal. I called them, but the number was disconnected.

They did nothing--have not responded to set up a cleaning after my last 3 messages.

I've emailed and emailed and they have NEVER responded. I've been comets ly unable yo even use them. They should NOTbe a part of Angie 's List. ||How do I get my money back?

Never heard from the provider and when I attempted to call the number on file is no longer in service.

Even after your help desk contacted them, they never contacted me about any of the possible times I had scheduled.

The six hours of cleaning is actually two cleaners for three hours. One issue was that between the time we booked the service over the internet and the time they showed up at our house, we could not confirm verbally that we were all set. It all worked out in the end.

They never responded, period. No communication from the company although I was able to request service dates online. Did not respond to a follow up email.

Because they didn't show up or call to reschedule, I would like a refund from Angie's list.

NEVER CONTACTED ME TO SCHEDULE THE "SERVICE"; ABSOLUTELY IGNORED THE URGENCY OF THEIR SERVICE AT THE TIME - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the provider with no response. I have chosen to seek a refund with Angie’s List.

They did an ok job. They said that they could not vacuum which was not what was advertised. They did not mop all the floors that needed mopping. They did not change the linen on my bed which was not what was advertised. They half did the job. I would not use this service again and does not recommend them to anyone else. It was a wife and husband team that came out and they said they had recently relocated to GA from Florida and that they were working for their sister. It appeared like some people down on their luck trying to do something to make money and doing poor work.

They said they would be out here on December 10th, though I had purchased the deal on December 11th. I emailed them back asking if they meant January 10th and they did not respond. I called them later and left a message, with no response. I sent them another email, and again received no response.
