Floor Coverings International did an excellent job in removing old carpet, installing new hardwood and refinishing all to match existing hardwood flooring in my home. Owen was great to work with, and Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job removing my old flooring and installing the new luxury vinyl planks in my Home! The previous owners did a terrible job with the existing flooring, but Chris was able to fix their errors and install new flooring that looks fantastic and has no bubbling! First rate experience from a first rate team. From sales to scheduling to installation and followup, our experience was perfect. We will definitely call on Floor Coverings International again for future endeavors and would highly recommend them to anyone needing floor covering services.

For the most part they did an very good job with the install. There were a few minor things that could/should have been done especially since I was being charged for it. My biggest concern was the salesman selling stuff that the worker didn't or wouldn't do. I do think they took shortcuts and those shortcuts will cost me more money in the end. For example my flooring was very thick and they should have removed the base molding as well as the quarter rounds. They only removed the quarter rounds and cut the bottom of the base molding now its different sizes in different places. So to make it look professional I will have to have the base moldings replaced. They did a pretty good job on my stairss. They will stain the stairss but not paint the risers. Again leaving a job half finished. Fortunately I was able to paint the risers myself. I was told that when they removed the toilet and sink to do the flooring that they could replace it with a new sink and toilet that I purchased. That didn't happen. Again a job half finished. I had to install the sink and toilet myself. Then they moved the furniture around or in the garage to do the install and left a lot of it in the garage. What they did put back was just put in the room not put back where it belonged. I paid to have the furniture removed and replaced. The last thing was we were given a $200 discount and that was taken back at the end when the salesman discovered that he made a mistake on the square footage.

Work was done quickly and I appreciated their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
