He was extremely personable, thorough, honest, prompt and helpful. I can't say enough great things about my interaction with Chris, he went above and beyond to be helpful to my husband and I by also photographing areas of the roof that were being called into question in our transaction. Being new to the area we weren't sure who we could trust to help us decipher the questionable damage and repair status of a roof on a house we were under contract on. Luckily we found Chris from F.I.R.S.T. During our conversations he never rushed me and carefully answered each question I asked, being very detail oriented this is quite the task! He kept me updated on the status of the estimate and followed up with me promptly. He was also willing to complete the repair right away, however since we didn't own the home we could not repair at the time of the estimate. I also felt that the price was very fair and didn't feel that he was exaggerating the work that was needed in any way, also noted by his willingness to photograph the issues on the roof he was seeing. He walked me through the options and I felt comfortable he would perform the work as agreed upon. At this time we have not had the repair completed, therefore I can not comment on the quality of the repair- but his ability to articulate regarding the issues we were having gave me the reassurance that he did know how to efficiently complete the task. When we do settle into our home and inevitably need assistance with a handyman task or roof repairs he will be the first person I call! * He also shared that he is insured and could furnish proof of insurance*
