Thomas was great in correcting the mistakes that vendors made i 4 different trades-- HVAC, Plumbing, Painting,, and Electrical. In addition, I hired him to recover the exterior of the 4 apartments I was remodeling. He did each task in an efficient and professional manner. We successfully negotiated the cost of each task. I paid him AFTER each task was completed. I bought all of the materials, which I recommend everyone to do.

We had little concern before they started the job, because he looks young, and their review with ANGI is not as many as others yet. However, they did fantastic job! They were very patient and willing to go extra miles when we points some areas we need them to give special love. They do job fast and responsible. The final look with our exterior house and deck is great! Quality is even better than we expected! This afternoon, one of our neighbors passed by our house, and praised it a lot. We highly recommend this team. If we get another project, we also would love to hire them again.

Tomas and his team were terrific. They delivered a product that far exceeded our hopes. The house painting and repair was completed with attention to detail and clean up along the way. Any discovery of additional fixes needed was shown to me and asked for direction. Each person on the team was extremely kind and respectful. We love to look at our house and the new exterior. I highly recommend F & T.

Hired project: Bathtub and bathroom sink resurfacing.. Initially very responsive, however, upon hiring quality of work lacked. After the 2nd attempt with porcelain sink, now left rigid with rough patches the imperfections are clearly obvious which is an eyesore. Slight chip in the bathtub after one use. Weeks after completion utterly disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I also requested a quote for a separate project which I did not receive. Needless to say, I decided to see services elsewhere. Quality of work and customer service aspect is SUB standard.

There is a significant language gap for this team and between Thomas who is in charge. The lack of listening and communication for my project is why I would not recommend them.

Actual work quality lacked expertise and attention to detail. Wall paint was initially used on wood cabinets, until pointed out. Obvious blemishes on completed work were overlooked. However, customer service was responsive, and issues were corrected in a timely manner.
