Everything was handled smoothly by him. I needed to make sure the soil was in good shape before laying down the sod and he accommodated my requests to spread extra compost, fertilizer, and lime on the day itself - working together while prepping the soil and laying down sod.

Fransisco is a hard worker. His quality of work is good. He is reliable. He maintains my yard at home and business well. He also sends me pictures of my business area so i know what he has done. I am very happy with his work.

I was searching for a lawn care professional who could provide landscaping services other than mowing/edging. I have several projects that are needed and wanted to be able to call one person. I hired Francisco for starters to maintain my lawn. I have to admit that I can be a tough grader. These are a few of the things that I considered before hiring Francisco. 1-Courtesy/Customer Service- When I spoke to Francisco by phone to discuss the services that I needed, he was very polite and professional. Every time that I have called him he has responded quickly. 2-Promptness-Francisco arrived at the time that he said that he would and came out the same day that I called him to give me a quote. 3-Licensed-Although being licensed to maintain my lawn is not a requirement but is does offer security in the event that something happens. 4-Performance-Francisco has done an excellent job maintaining my lawn. When he finishes it looks awesome and very well manicured. I now feel that my lawn stands up well against some of the best lawns in my neighborhood. That wasn't always the case. Dependable-We agreed on a biweekly schedule and he's here on that day every other week without me having to call him. Francisco also laid border around my flower beds. He did a great job as it required cutting the durable product and nailing it down. I am very pleased with Francisco's work and I feel confident in recommending him for commercial or residential projects.

Francisco shows up every two weeks to do my lawn. I no longer care to do lawn work having lived in an apartment for the last 20 years. He takes care of everything including leaf removal, grass cutting and edge trimming. The results are quite satisfactory.

I have always done my own landscaping work in the past and was reluctant to hire it out. Not anymore. Francisco is bright, easy to communicate with, and very professional. He showed up on time for the bid and to perform the work. I have been trimming my shrubs for 16 years and he did it better than me on the first try. His equipment is in good shape and reflects the pride he takes in his work. That tells me a lot. Not only did his work exceed my expectations, but he took the initiative to do some things that we did not discuss, but clearly needed done. I was hoping to find a landscaper that could suggest things (think) and help me improve the looks of my yard, not just do what they were asked. It was clearly time that I found a partner to do my landscaping as Francisco did, all by himself, in one day what would have taken me three days.

Francisco was friendly, thorough, and did an excellent job. We recently moved in, and our yard was overgrown. He quickly got everything into shape for a very reasonable price, and he’s quoted some additional services like tree trimming. I definitely recommend him and will use him again should we decide to hire regular lawn maintenance.
