Great work. Have a Viking professional fridge that has been leaking nightly. First time came out took it apart and did some works, said all checked out good, see if that fixes it, if not, he'll come back out. Unfortunate it kept leaking, they came right back out, did some more work, found a service update via Viking and fixed it! The first call was $99, the back out was no charge. Great company. Recomedned by my local Sewell store.

It went WONDERFUL!  We moved into a house with a 15 year old viking range, which was having some problems.  I had another service provider come out to look at my oven for a broken knob and heating issues.  It took this other company over 40 minutes to find the model & serial number- and I began to worry that they did not know how to handle a Viking - SO, I called the Viking customer service and they recommended EXCLUSIVE APPLIANCE SERVICE.
They were helpful on the phone, the initial visit went well and the 2nd visit/repair went really well.  Very efficient, professional and knowledgable.  I learned a lot from Steve about how the oven operates - and he talked about the lifecycle of my oven- and what to watch out for next.
Really great service- will definitely use them again.

I called Exclusive Appliance Services Monday morning and was told a service tech would be available in the afternoon, and would give me a call when he was on his way.  I got the call as promised and met Todd at my house at 3 pm.  He diagnosed and fixed the refrigerator unit in less than 45 minutes, and diagnosed and fixed the stand-alone icemaker in about an hour.  The refrigerator unit needed mechanical work and the stand-alone needed plumbing work,  (I know from sad experience that some appliance service companies do EITHER electrical/mechanical, OR plumbing, and Todd did both expertly, and got it right the first time.)  Todd checked to see that both units were cooling and functioning successfully and left after about two hours.  For ice machine work, that is fast.

I checked the machines the next morning and found both were producing good amounts of ice and working well.

I was frankly surprised that the machines were fixed the same day, much less within a couple of hours.  No ordering parts or multiple appointments.  Todd came with parts in his truck and was remarkably efficient.

I was very impressed with this level of service and professionalism, and I would highly recommend Exclusive Appliance Services to friends and neighbors.
