Although the two young men wore elite t shirts I think they were subcontractors. My check was written to T Huddleston. They only brought what looked like a household canister vacuum. They informed me that it would cost $250 more for disinfectant. I had asked Mr. Huddleston the day before if disinfectant was included.He assured me it was. During the process my air conditioning overflow valve became clogged. They came back and said they could not help. My plumber had to come resolve the problem. I wii be more careful in the future with whom I hire. The young men who came were prompt and polite

It went well. He was here for a fairly short time but he did a good job and I was satisfied.

First time was not the correct or the complete fix. 2nd time only charged for parts; labor was not charged.

The overall experience was great. A little unorthodoxed in how the jobs are scheduled but he was very flexible. He was at my house for less than 30 minutes. Part was replaced and unit is back to factory spec. Very professional and easy to work with.

Yvener was excellent. Came out when called. Had to get new circuit board and was out the next day to replace. Even was willing to work around my schedule and met me at home after work to complete the repair.
