They came late about 40 mins late the tech mentioned they were here and couldn t find the house asked for a picture of the home and they still got here thirty minutes later, but that wasn t an issue to us they came in cleaned only the windows and left without saying bye. They did not clean any baseboards. I reached out to the person if been speaking to Via phone call of course nobody picked up so I text got an immediate response. The person stated she spoke to the team and they said they cleaned the baseboards. Which was so untrue. I sent pictures and videos of the baseboards. As well as them on camera entering onto the home at 10:04 and leaving at 10:26. The inside cameras show them doing only windows. The person texting never mentioned anything about making it right. Still charged us 90$ for a twenty minute rush job. They left without making it clear that they were leaving. On camera you hear them say thank you as they are already outside.

I was very disappointed that they showed up to do 10 windows and baseboards on the bottom level of the house for 135$. They came late and left 26 minutes later without telling me they were leaving and did NONE of the baseboards. I followed up with the connecting person via text who told me she spoke with the team and they told her they did the baseboards and ten windows which was not true so I sent several pictures and videos and in 26 minutes that?s not even enough time to clean the rushed 10 windows. Professionalism a very KEY thing! Leaving and not saying bye or acknowledging that your work is complete is very unprofessional. I was still charged 90$ for 10 windows and no cleaned baseboards. Highly disappointed with this company. I have used several companies from Angie?s list and have had the best experiences, but this one was not fair nor was it a good one.

I strongly do not recommend this cleaning services We requested for a move in deep cleaning and it is a poor and very bad experience. We did not bargain on the price because we expected a clean house. But, Most of the rooms in the house are untouched and un cleaned. Kitchen gas top is greasy and not even wiped. They did not wipe dust in the rooms, didnt Vacuum carpet properly, we had to do another round of vacuum and cleaning, ended up cleaning 3 hours by ourselves. I complained to the owner and she did not care to do anything. She said she will come to visit the house right after I complained, never showed up nor responded. Not worth $340 for a move in deep clean. Do not waste your money.

We are still trying them out, even though last 2 cleanings were completely unsatisfactory.
