She quoted me a price, which was reasonable and competitive compared to other companies, and got me on the calendar immediately. She followed up to confirm and together, with the technician, Vincent, kept me informed on his ETA. Vincent has been to my house before, so I was elated when the effort was made to keep that consistent. It's nice to have an established rapport with people working in your home. On top of that, he's extremely professional, prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. I always feel confident in the work and know that in the rare event there is an issue, they will be back out to resolve it. It went AMMMAAAZZZZIIIINNNGGG! From calling the office to the end of the work. The ladies in the front office are wonderful! Such kind, caring ladies! The electric tech and his partner were phenomenal. He thoroughly explained the problem, what they needed to do to fix it, and how long it would take. It felt like having a family member in the house because of the hospitality. He and his partner had the problem fixed in no time!

The whole experience was amazing. I called in to get an EV charger quoted and installed. Dana from the office scheduled me quickly and I had an electrician at my doorsteps that same week. The electrician who came out was very knowledgeable and caring. He performed the work and made the whole process super easy for me as a homeowner. TECH, BILL HOLDEN, WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED THE DAY FOLLOWING INITIAL CALL. NOT ONLY WAS THE TECH EXTREMELY CAREFUL HANDLING AN ANTIQUE, HE SPENT TIME FIGURING OUT INCONSISTENT WIRING OF TWO SWITCHES FOR LIGHTS IN FAN. HE WAS ALSO MINDFUL OF SWITCH PLATES COVERING SHEET ROCK HOLES COMPLETELY.

WORK COMPLETED. OKAY WITH ME. TECHNICIAN CAME AND IMMEDIATELY TARGETED THE PROBLEM. VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
