 + -1 moreFinally they had to file an insurance claim and I had to hire someone else to rip up the entire floor and start again.
Description of Work: I hired them to install a bamboo floor. He outsourced it to unskilled illegals who tracked glue all over the house. They tried for 6 weeks to clean up the glue, but did not know what products to use. They finally had to sand the new floors. They could not apply the stain evenly so they had to sand again. They got it wrong, so they wanted to sand a 3rd time. Every time they brought in a different crew. I later found out that he did not pay most of the subcontractors. One of them stole $300 from us.
