Furniture Refinishing
The first table is solid cherry and had been stored in a Maine garage for years. Two legs had been detached, the extension mechanism did not function; the table and four leaves were marred and needed refinishing.
The second table is solid cherry acquired at a flee market. It is a drop leaf table, and one of the drop leaves missing. The support bars to hold the leaves up were missing. The missing leaf and the leaf supports had to be replaced; the entire table required refinishing.
The chair also had been stored in the garage and required re-gluing and some repair to the seat.
All the work was excellent. It is impoddible to distinguish the replacement leaf from the original. The refinishing on all the pieces is very good.
