Great company, very Professional

Professional. Knowledgeable and fair price

I could recommend them for part of the work, so I hired them for a landscape install and yard drainage. The landscape install was good the drainage was a bad problem made worse. I followed up with Saulo and he has been non responsive. His lack of response and the continued drainage issues contribute to the overall negative experience.

The job was to remove outdoor brick entryway stairs and rebuild a new brick entryway with a landing. Saulo explained what need to be done; provided me with a detailed estimate and gave recommendations. The team completed the job within the agreed upon timeline, the estimate/cost was very competitive and the outcome was GREAT. They did such a great job I have 2 more projects that I plan to complete using the Complete Landscaping Company. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I've worked with several contractors in the last 5 years and I've had horrible experiences. Saulo was a professional and his staff did a great and fast job. We ran into some issues towards the end and Saulo has been very accommodating. I enjoyed my experience with Complete Landscaping and I would recommend them to anyone as well as use them again in the future.

Saulo, and his team, were great to work with. They arrived early and stayed late. They were conscientious of our needs, laying down pallets for us to maneuver the yard, during construction!

This company is very professional and provides high quality work for a reasonable price. We wanted to build a patio into a hill in our back yard. We had an area dug out, but were unsure of how to best proceed. Saulo, the owner, helped us come up with a plan and gave us quotes for different options. Once we decided on the design, the work was done within a couple of days. The patio looks great! I will definitely use this company again for future work. Complete landscape is honest and professional.

For years we had a problem with flooding in our basement, we phoned Complete Landscape Co. for storm water management and some landscape masonry work. Saulo came out and recognized the drainage issues and immediately new what to do to correct the drainage problems. I thought his proposal and quote was very reasonable and hired them to begin the work. His crew arrived early on their start date and completed the job in a timely manner. Throughout the entire job it was obvious his employees were experienced and continually did extra work that wasn’t in the contract. In fact they left my property looking better that before they started. Now after the resent heavy rains my basement is water free. Needless to say we were very pleased with their work, and we call them for our next project. Bill C.

He came out initially to give us a quote for water drainage issues we had early in the year but we waited to have our additional roof structure built. He came back after we were ready for him and we added more things. He gave us great suggestions and advise based on what we wanted. The works were at our place early and didn't leave till there was no sunlight. We added a fireside bench with columns, for light and large pavers for the entire section, and a pond-less waterfall. We love the work they did and the finish was amazing. Any issues we had or anything we wanted to add on he did it. Awesome company and we would recommend them to anyone. If you want it done right do it right one time. They are the company for you.

Paulo did an excellent job and added a lot value and ideas to improve existing landscape plan I highly recommend this company.

He did it for the price quoted even though it ended up costing him more in time and material. There were extremely professional. They did not damage the surrounding landscaping.

There were extremely professional, on time every day and they worked from to . They took about 7 weeks and only missed Sunday's and 2 Saturdays. They did pavers, a retaining wall a dry creek bed and grading as well as a wood fence, flagstone and sod; a complete make over of my back yard. I would refer them to any and everyone.

Did the work using a backhoe and it still was not done correctly or completely. Had to have some additional work done by someone else in order to counter additional runoff problem created on both sides of house by the work. Had to call him back this week to correct the job not being done correctly the first time last month.

They were wonderful! The walkway and patio are prettier that I thought they would be. Thank you

I am very satisfied with the project. I showed Paul an example of what I wanted and it came out perfectly. There was a little trouble at first getting it completed because his equipment broke and it rained, but he came back when he said and was very diligent in making sure I was satisfied with their work. I recommended them to my neighbor and they completed his project just like he wanted and he is satisfied too.
