These folks are thieves, as another reviewer has noted. Jenna Chambers was recommended to me by my cousin. We had trouble finding a good day, but when we did she asked for a $900 deposit. The day came and went, she said because they had a flat tire. She was to come the following day, but never came. When I texted, she reported her child was sick. I asked her to refund the deposit, which she said she would do. Ms. Chambers never refunded the deposit and does not take texts or phone calls. When my cousin approached her about it, she said she had not heard from me. I requested a return of the deposit through CashApp, which she refused. "Thievery" is defined as the act of stealing someone's property," in this case, money and a sense of common decency.

Thanks to the team at Chambers our septic tank issues were resolved in a prompt and courteous manner. When professionals recommend septic service every 3 to 5 years we really need to listen to them. I will for certain be heeding their advice and so should you. If you are having regular service or major issues, the Chambers team are the go-to folks.

First of all, there appear to be several Chambers family members involved in the septic service business. This particular service is the one owned by Terry Chambers and includes a couple of his daughters.
In short, we were extremely impressed with all aspects of this provider's service and give them our highest recommendation. They are down-to-earth, hands-on specialists and really know what they are doing. They are exceptionally personable and positive about their work and provided helpful suggestions and instructions.
We had an inconvenient septic tank access situation due to poor original positioning, some tree roots, a back deck and the older style of cement tank installed. We had also just been stood-up by our regular local "big name" plumber because he felt the angle just wasn't "perfect" for his backhoe....this after we cut off a piece of deck to provide access and waited to be scheduled for 10 days....really left us in a lurch. Chambers Septic came to the rescue on one day's notice. Jenna and Patrick hand-dug the access, cleaned the tank, and came back the next day to install two risers. They worked quickly and their work appears to be of high quality. All prices were quoted up-front and all schedules were met.
Terry Chambers Septic was strongly recommended by 2 of our Duluth neighbors and we are now enthusiastic fans. You cannot go wrong with this choice....dedicated to the septic business and very responsible.

When the tank was exposed it did not need pumping. The operator broke up a blockage with a pipe snake. The charge was only $250. They finished quick and cleaned up very well.

I was in contact with them to find out if they were going to be on time for the appt. They were running early so I took my lunch hour to go meet up with them. I spoke to Philip on the phone and told him where the tank was so he could get started (it really helps to know where it is). By the time I arrived he had dug the hole and started pumping already. He dug the hole by hand which is very good (less damage that way). I happen to have my in ground sprinkler line directly across the top of the tank lid (I didn't know it was there). It would have been destroyed if the hole was not dug manually. The price was exactly as quoted with no extra charges. I highly recommend Chambers Septic and will use them again.

Chambers Septic Service sent out a very genuinely nice man. He was godly and had good moral ethics. He was fabulous and got the work done quickly with no mess. This company deserves some recognition for its good service.
