They showed up a day late due to confusion between the contractor and the dispatcher. Only two men on the crew, so the project took 4 full days. They spray paint, which is probably industry standard, but resulted in uneven coverage, a few drips and overspray. The workers damaged my gutter while replacing an eave. They improperly replaced Hardy plank siding by using the wrong type of nails, leaving the nail heads visible, and not nailing into studs. The overall quality of the finished product was acceptable, but I was looking for better since they had been so highly rated by Angie's list. Their cleanup was harried and, though they removed all of their plastic, paint, paper, etcetera, they didn't bother sweeping up all the chips of paint from the scraping progress, nor did they sweep up the dirt from the outside planter they knocked over and broke (they also never pointed out their mistake, I had to find it on my own, not good form). Again, this is minor, but it is why I rate them average. The price for the painting was good, but they over charge by almost double on the repairs, so make sure you take care of repairs before they arrive.

They were at the house and completed the work as promised. Very clean, and organized. I actually over paid by $40, and they saw the mistake and actually informed me of it, and Sent me a refund of the $40.

It was painless. Manny and his crew felt like old friends. They were here for 4 days working none stop, and we got used to them being around! It was kind of sad when they finished the job, because they wouldn't be back! True professionals in every sense of the word and a pleasure to have in my home. The paint looks spectacular. There was not a drop of paint, or a spec of dust, or a blade of grass on my floors every evening after they packed up. Clean up was impeccable. They worked around my family, and met all deadlines with ease and exceeded expectation. They actually came a few days earlier than originally projected, but this was not a problem. They washed the trim and exteriors of the house. They painted all the wood trim and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. When they were finishing up, I asked them to touch up some areas, and they did a good job with the touch up work. All in all, it was a great experience. It is worth it to pay a few dollars more to get a really great job.

The crew that worked on my house was incredible. On the first day, they pressure washed the house and gutters to clean everything and to expose the sections of siding and trim wood that needed replacing. Once finished, the supervisor took me around the house and pointed out every repair that was needed. He was very diligent, answered all of my questions and was willing to spend all the time needed to make sure i understood all the necessary work to be done. Once we agreed on everything, they immediately started working. These guys worked very hard and very long hours. Other than taking a lunch break and a dinner break , I never saw any of them just standing around doing nothing. I was in awe by the drive these guys had to not just get it done and get out, but to get it done right and to make sure i was satisfied with each step of the process. I cant say enough about how professional, courteous and hard working these guys were. Once the job was complete, the supervisor went around the entire house with me to make sure i was completely satisfied with the work. Thanks to Certa Pro of Gwinnett, the house looks amazing.! THESE GUYS ROCK.!!

Scott Pierce and his crew did an outstanding job. I've done most of my own painting during 30+ years of home ownership and am extremely picky about neatness. The job was very well done and exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual and stayed long hours. The work was completed in three days. They left the property clean. The units were empty when the job was done except for some of my own tools including two valuable saws and a couple of ladders. Nothing was disturbed or damaged. I'll use them again.
