CEM Appliances Install Inc.

Our dishwasher died the week before Thanksgiving and we bought one from a big box store, along with installation. It took a week for the dishwasher to be sent to the store and the installers then had another week to get us scheduled. We opted to pick up the dishwasher ourselves and we found a good review for CEM. We called them first thing Monday morning, and they were able to fit us into the schedule the SAME DAY! They were great to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Their prices were reasonable, and I won’t have to wash thanksgiving dishes by hand! I highly recommend them when you need an appliance installed!

Miguel and Mike arrived at the scheduled time with good advance notice (called me the day before, then again before arriving). When they got my microwave out of the box, they discovered it had been dented in shipment and pointed it out to me. I decided to have them install it anyway. They were able to pound the dent to fit the space and it's partly hidden by the cabinet so it doesn't look too bad. They tested the microwave to make sure the damage didn't impact its functionality and advised me to notify the shipper (which I did). They were very professional and their charge matched the quoted price. The microwave looks great in the space and is working fine.
