There was no truck available when they went to see it. They say that they overbook sometimes because people just cancel. As a result, my son rented a car here in Lawrenceville, Georgia to drive to Montgomery, Alabama. He had to leave his car so that he could drive the truck. They could not rent from anybody else because it was one day before the moving. There was no apology and offer to pay for the cost of the rented car. In fact, they had people lined up on both sides. I would never use Budget Truck Rental, even if it was my daughter in law and son's rental. Their price was fine.
