Probably the best in Atlanta! During a very busy season, Britt was able to squeeze us in his schedule. He was very professional, on-time and was a perfectionist about our pool. I can't say enough about this guy and his team. He came back twice to make sure everything was done perfectly...and it was. Britt could teach the other pool service companies in Atlanta how to treat customers respectfully, how to service a pool excellently and all for a fair price.

Britt's was hired to put in new laminate wood flooring throughout the entire downstairs and new carpeting throughout the upstairs of our house.  Our sales person was excellent as she helped us through the decision / selection process based on quality and cost.  The installers were great.  They explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take.  Their attention to detail was outstanding.  The flooring project specifically was not an easy job as we had several types of flooring previously in use that had to be removed. Very pleased with their service and would use them again.

Estimator came out to house 2 days after my inquiry. Provided a written estimate the following day. I called and told them to procced asap. They said they had to order the wood flooring and that would take about a week. Installation would be scheduled asap after they received the material. Within 5 days they called to say the wood had arrived and that the installation would be scheduled for the following Wednesday. The installers showed up on Tuesday, 1 day early. Fortunately I had no special plans for the day. The installers did a great job of installing, including weaving the new wood slats into existing flooring. They did install the wrong  shoe molding in part of the kitchen, which I did not catch until the installers left. I called Britt's and told them about the problem and they had a repairman out the very next day to fix it. Carpet guy was here 2 days later to cut and hem 4 throw rugs from the carpet that was removed from the area. Service was great and communication was great.

Excellent! So very professional. Cooperation from all involved from salesperson to installers. Many samples in showroom that are large , maybe 3 ft x 4 ft. Not just a little 3 inch x 4 inch like other companies. Plus sample can be put down on showroom floor so you can really see what it looks like on the floor. On top of that they priced out about $1000 less than a company that advertises in tv about how inexpensive they are. The installers work for Britts, they are not some subcontractor that other companies hire that come from who knows where and who may never have installed a floor before. The installers know what they are doing because they do it all the time for the same company. Britts has been in business in gwinnett county for as long as I can remember. The reason they have been successful is because they do an excellent job. I recommend them to everybody I know.

I have one little area that has developed a pretty loud squeak and I can't get them to return my phone call and get somebody out here. That's the only real problem I've had. They were punctual when they came to install. It took about 3 days. The installer was great and I liked him a lot. The salesman was really nice.

Initially, I thought everything went well.  But after the carpet has been installed, one year & 10 months later, the carpet has started coming up.  Apparently the carpet was not stretched sufficiently to keep it from bundling up.  Now I'm going to have to pay someone else, again, to have it re-stretched.  I'm quite upset to have paid good money for this carpet and now it looks bad because of the "humps."  My house only has approximately 1,000 sq. ft.  That's why I bought a better grade of carpet but I guess I'm stuck with it - humps and all!

Can't say enough about the  installers who came to my house.   I tried to move  my bedroom set out of the room, but couldn't move some pieces as they were to big and heavy.  These two gentlemen smiled and said not to worry, they would take care of everything for me.  and they did.  I had purchased some pads to put under the furniture to help move them across the room, but I noticed that they weren't using what I bought.  I asked why and I was told what I bought was  the wrong type and they choose to use their own.
These two were always smiling and did a beautiful job of laying the floor and also cleaning up after themselves.  I think the room was cleaner when they left than when them came.

It was excellent and absolutely five star all the way.  They worked with us and always returned our phone calls.  They gave us colors and different types of wood.  We felt that it was a fair price.  Their workers came when they said they will be there.  They moved our furniture like they said they would.  They did everything they said they will do.  We were very pleased with them.

Great.  Britt's offered a competitive, no haggle price.  Their pricing is about the same as Big Box Retailers once these companies give you all their discounts and rebates.  Britt's was nice in that we cut right to the bottom line ...the price was the price.

Their installation team showed up on time, took care of the install, and cleaned up.

I called in a minor issue and Britt's sent out a technician to correct a factory setting at no charge.

I'm pleased and would recommend and use Britt's again.  Thank you.

This was the 6th time I have done business with Britt's.  They are a long established family run business and while a bit pricey, you get superior service and guidance as to what you actually need.  Their installers, whether for flooring or appliances treat your home as their own.  Everyone is polite, punctual, and experienced.  You don't get this type of treatment from the big box stores!

My experience was great. They were very friendly and willing to match prices if they could. They were even willing to match prices from other stores, like the bigger stores. They spend a lot of time explaining to us and working with us. They were very nice.

We shopped around for carpet, including the big box stores.  All the "big box" stores have great prices on carpet, but by the time you add padding, installation, moving of furniture, hauling off the old carpet, etc.  the overall cost per yard adds up.  Britt's quoted by the square yard, installed.. no extra or hidden charges.   Final cost on a higher grade carpet was comparable to the box stores.  Service was outstanding.  Installation was done on the day we chose.  The 4 person crew was professional, experienced and friendly.  NO issues at all.

Initial visit with salesperson in the store went very well. Pam was extremely knowledgable and professional. She had to do multiple quotes for me because I kept changing my mind about which flooring we were going to purchase. We finally made our decision, placed our deposit (1/2 the total cost), and the installation was scheduled. Pam told us it would take 2-3 days. The installation crew (2 men) arrived on Thursday to start the job. Shortly after beginning the job they realized they did not have all of the needed materials and had to return to the warehouse to pick up more Luan (used for leveling the floor in preparation for the final product). The crew worked on Thursday, and Friday. On Friday evening the job was incomplete and they told us that they would have to come back on Saturday. They arrived on Saturday and one of the men complained (loudly) all day about having to work on Saturday. He kept telling the other man to hurry up that he had somewhere to be. And so they hurried and the workmanship showed this. We have a brick fireplace in the den. The crew got off-white grout all over the red brick fireplace. When I complained about it they made a half-hearted attempt to get it off. The shoe molding was pieced all around the room, missing in some spots, and the three thresholds that were supposed to be placed, were not. When I tried to get the crew to correct these items they acted insulted and I finally gave up and let them leave. I contacted Britt's on Monday and spoke with Pam. I explained to her that the crew had left a mess at my house both inside and out. They had dumped their grout bucket in my rock walkway, tracked grout all over the front porch and left trash and cigarette butts in the yard and flower beds. This was all in addition to the mess they left on the fireplace. To date Britt's has sent people back to my house 4 times. Finally finishing my job (putting in the thresholds and trying to cover up the mess they made on the fireplace) the first week in January. Nearly three months after they started the job. The fireplace is still a mess and will never look the way it before they got grout all over it. They have tried multiple methods to remove the residue, but nothing worked. They finally ended up covering the worst of it with stained shoemold. And now to top it off they have sent me another statement with a $35+ late charge on it. When they just finished the job and we were not supposed to have to pay the balance until we were satisfied. I have 3 more rooms in my house that need new flooring and I will definitely NOT be using Britt's Flooring-Lawrenceville for these.

Carpet in two-story condo badly needed replacement.  I worked with Teri at Britt's in Snellville who assisted with selection and scheduling.  Teri is very experienced and wonderfully helpful.  The entire downstairs was completed in one step, then the upstairs landing and bedroom completed in a follow-up appointment.  Because two (indoor) cats had to be confined while work was underway, it was very important to me that work be completed as quickly as possible.  I was disappointed when only two men arrived to start the project, and then very unhappy to discover they had the wrong flooring tiles in their truck, so everything was delayed by an entire day.  Although timing was obviously not as important to them as it was to me, the work was completed very well with excellent attention to detail and an outcome with which I am absolutely thrilled.  I had gone through extensive (over three years) research to determine the best flooring to manage the issues of indoor cats and was very skeptical when vinyl flooring was suggested.  The flooring I chose does not look like plastic and is so easy to clean when the occasional hairball is loosed.  I do recommend working with Britt's (ask for Teri) and have already given her name to several friends and to a woman I met at Lowe's in Lilburn.

We considered two companies. Britt's pricing was more competitive than the other firm. Their salespeople and thier installation crews were very professional and helpful. They made a difficult process as easy as possible.
