They were recommended to my insurance agent by another agent. They told me they can’t do the work at the rate the insurance company quoted, but after many requests, Rhett haven’t given me their own quote or told me the amount they’d charge. They sent a bill for tarping instead. Almost $3k and it said it was for emergency service and 2,500 square feet. The tarp was 215 square feet. I’ve called, emailed, and texted but they won’t respond and haven’t sent a corrected invoice.
