They are super. They are helping with getting the pets ready for a move to Europe. Scheduling is always easy and they offer some Saturday and Sunday hours. The staff is wonderful and we adore Dr. Adil. He is gentle, sweet and shows a genuine concern for our pets.

I love their health and wellness plan. Their cost is probably average compared to others. But on the health and wellness plan it saves quite a bit of money. So their prices are reasonable. We started off with them when we moved here and I never had a reason to change. They keep in touch with us when we had pets that were quite sick and pets that had to be operated on. There is always a good follow up with the vet by phone. They are very good with follow ups. They are very gentle and good with the cats. The facility is extremely clean. I just love everybody there. I have not had anyone who was rude or anything in these five years. They kind of bend over backwards to take care of the pets.

They are excellent there. They are a good service. They have an excellent staff. I have dealt with a lot of vet services and they are a lot more affordable. The animals get excellent care. They really really love the animals.

My experience with Banfield the Pet Hospital was good. The staff was very friendly and they always are, when I walk in there. That stood out to me. I like the care they give. They send out reminders, like when it's time to renew medication or come in for shots.

I like this place because it is convenient to my work and I can drop the pet off early.

However that sometimes results in my pet coming home dirty and smelly, not sure what goes on in the back area where they house all the pets.

I always feel nickle and dimed at this place, they are always trying to upsell me every time I go there, to get on this plan or that plan, and now they suggest I buy some expensive Prescription Cat food.

My cat is just 1 year old. I am going to change his diet, but I already buy natural food for him, and I don't see the need for prescription food.

I feel this place is more about the business and making money and upselling insurance and things you don't need, more than it is about doing what is right for my animals.
