A friend recommended Balkan for some projects around the house a couple years ago, and since then I have hired Kosta's services several times for various projects. He delivers every time. He always arrives on time with the tools needed for the installations, and his work shows his expertise. He has installed lights, switches, panels, and done a bunch of rewiring, and through all those projects I have never had any issues with his work. I highly recommend Balkan for your electrical needs!
