AUTHENTIC HARDWOOD

Michael's crew was professional and did a good job overall.  My less than favorable review stems from the fact that I specifically requested 3 coats of Bona's top of the line 'Traffic' floor finish but got two coats of the mid-grade 'Mega' finish that were top-coated with 'Traffic'.  I questioned Michael when I saw that his crew was not applying the finish that was clearly called for in our contract. He did admit that he should not have tried to get away with using a cheaper finish.  When I asked for a credit in material cost, I was offered nothing, only told that I was getting a quality product and that he would top coat with 'Traffic'.

I requested quotes from 8 different highly rated local companies and MIchael's company was the only one that provided the details I'd requested to include the cost of materials, labor, finishing, etc.  He is a VERY straight shooter when it comes to the work and he absolutely delivers on what is quoted.  This was a relatively small job for him, but he took the time to give me all the information I needed to proceed and his price was better than nearly all the other companies I spoke with. Not only will I use him again when I need more hardwoods installed, I will recommend him to anyone without hesitation.  The installation crew was outstanding and the floors look fantastic!  Could not be more pleased!

Everything was perfect! The people that did the work were great. They were polite, professional, and helpful, and the quality of their work was excellent.

While they don?t often use prefinished hardwood, and we already had the supply, Mike took on our job and put it in three rooms. He and his crew knew what they were doing, down to the detail work.

He did a really nice job.
