Atlanta Partners Property Management came by and looked at the house and took pictures. They are a management company so they are the ones that are going to interact with the tenant. There are repairs that need to be done occasionally so they look over the house and find maintenance issues, they talk to the tenant and the tenant will point out things then they will determine what does or doesn't need to be repaired. We talked yesterday about some things they saw at the house and they had pictures so it was very helpful for me to be able to look into all these issues. They charge eight percent of the rent and $350 to transfer a tenant to their company. They want a security deposit which is always paid by the tenant because they are the ones managing the tenant and the property. After the rent is paid they direct deposit it into my account minus the eight percent. Then there is also a $300 maintenance deposit so if anything comes up they'll do the maintenance on it. This company is very professional in respect to putting the documentation together and making sure that everything is in place. They have certain things they require, they may never use them, but just in case something comes up then they have it. I felt good about providing that information. They are more on top of things than I am. They are very gracious and they follow up on things that need to get done so they are very responsive.
