The work was OK, but we found out later we could have had the same work done for a fraction of the price. We were charged $6000. Later on we had a plumbing leak and black mold grew in the crawl space, and on the insulation. This was no fault of Arrow, but we contacted mold remediation companies to clean the mold and replace the insulation. We were told by all of them that Arrow ripped us off. In fact we got 3 different quotes that were all around $2000., which is what we ended up paying to get it replaced again. We trusted Arrow because we have used their exterminating services for years, although we use the one in Gainesville for that. I guess they took advantage of us because we are senior citizens.

They are very good. Their price just keeps going up and up. We still find bugs. Their responsiveness has been very good. I would use them in the future. They will come again after two months.

They were really great. We didn’t have any particular pest issues. The two gentlemen that came out were great and explained everything to us and the different options that we have. They were very professional. We have been pleased in the fact that we have not seen any spiders. They are very knowledgeable.

This was our 2nd year using Arrow since moving into our home. Eugene is very knowledgeable and always answers any questions we have. Eugene offers suggestion but will also tell us what we don't need. He is professional and punctual and we are extremely satisfied with the service.

The people who come out are kind of independent; they all work for Arrow and Arrow does the billing. The exterminators themselves call to make the appointments and I tell Arrow what type of service I want. They also do termite bonds and other stuff. They are very thorough and very personable. We have the same exterminator every time so we speak and build a relationship so we don’t necessarily mind having a person come into our house. They say when they are going to be there in the area and we can pick up a time. They have evening hours; so if you work all day like I do you can still be there to let them in. Everyone has at least one late night that they work. I like them. If I find a bug, they will come back out and re-treat.

They have the best price point for the termite bond. They always leave a card for me when they have came, checking off what they did. I never have to worry about meeting someone. They are very responsible and keep record of everything they do. They are a terrific company. Fast, easy, efficient, and simple.

We have had the same guy for about 3 or 4 years. He is very personable and always remembers us. We are very comfortable with him in our house and outside. He is very thorough. They come every three months, but will out come in between if there is any problem.

I was not here when they did the work. However, according to me they are very professional and do good work. We got a couple of quotes from different companies and chose Arrow as we were pleased with them. We chose them mainly because of the services they offered and the procedure of work they do. We preferred them over other companies. We have been happy with them on pretty much everything. They are a little more expensive than the other companies. They were quick in responding to my calls.

I am pretty happy with their service. They respond quickly to any problems and are good at keeping to a schedule for the routine maintenance. It is a relief to have this service in order to prevent any pest problems. I hope to have them for a long time.
