Description of Work: I don't remember the price or the date they came for the winter checkup and replaced a thermostadt which works fine. the other one was 14 years old and the screen went dead.

 + -1 moreService was good; however I thought the bill was unreasonble so I checked the price of the part. Arcadia charged $84 for the part and the cost from Rheem, the furnace manufacturer, was $20. I called Arcadia and the lady that I spoke with insinuated that the higher price was because I didn't have a maintenance contract with them. One other detail is that Arcadia has installed two furnaces for me. I would think that I would get a fair price to replace a small switch.

 + -1 moreEverything was done in a professional manner. My only recommendation is to call Arcadia! The insure that the home owner totally understands how the system operates; what the homeowner's mantenance requirements are ( i.e. cleaning the filter.)
Description of Work: The heating and air conditioning system was 15 years old and was not performing as weel as it should. Since Arcadia had installed the system when we built the house in 1997. we called them again. Mr. Mayhugh came to the hous and based on measurements, recommend a Trane system. The new system was installed in les than one day, and has functioned perfectly since.

 + -1 moreThe weather cooperated. Removal and installation took five hours.. Charged airconditioner system. Tested both heat and air conditioning system. Excellent service.
Description of Work: Removed old heating and air conditioner units, installed new Trane heating and air conditioner units, installed a high efficiency filtration system, installed new Trane Thermostat.
