The absolute worst do not use ! They will destroy your home and not repair anything. American Home Shield sent this contractor to repair my dishwasher and refrigerator and 4 months later I'm still fighting to have the dishwasher and refrigerator repaired.

The technician had a bad attitude and was not competent in repairing Kenmore refrigerators. Had to have my husband put him out because it was obvious we had an incompetent techinician. Had to get a second company to come to diagnose the issue. It took the second company's technician 2 minutes to diagnose the issue and order the parts needed. The second company let us know the issue was a common issue.

The technician insisted it was a problem with the adjacent cabinet & not the dishwasher. After paying a cabinet company to inspect and tell me it was in fact a problem with the dishwasher door, I had to pay another company to repair the dishwasher.
