The technician arrived promptly and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the issue with why my thermostat wasn't working and why my AC wasn't cooling. They also took the time to explain what went wrong and things to look out for in the future. The service was not only effective but also educational. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and knowledgeable HVAC professionals.

This company was called to my house to fix the AC unit under my AHS home warranty coverage. They did get the AC unit running again but the guy also ended up dumping a bunch of insulation out of the attic and just left it sitting in our laundry room floor. I could deal with that since they got the AC running again but today I went into the attic for the first time and found a couple pretty terrible things. First of all, they claimed they changed out our AC filter when in fact all they did was take out the old one and NOT REPLACE IT. So we have had no filter on our AC unit. Second, there is a foot long gap along the top of the unit where it connects to the ductwork that they didn't retape and there is a gaping hole dumping cold air out into my attic.RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible, gives 6 hour window for arrival, shows up at last minute, receptionist cannot forward message to repairman, repairman will not try to help. Just finds reason to say it's not his company's responsibility to repair it. Has nerve to state the existing furnace will not meet current housing code due to the age of the unit because air filter no longer meets code. My frustration level is immeasurable. Do not expect these people to be of assistance! Hire someone else!
