They did not let me know I was approved for the home or let me my deposit. They kept giving me excuses for why the could not give me a answer yet. They knew I was qualified and everything checked out. I found out from standing in the office one day that the were brushing me off because they were trying to give someone else time to bring a deposit. The person called the office and left a voicemail. The voicemail was on speaker but they didn't know I heard it. They kept brushing off telling if I was approved until after he brought his money. Then I was told that they gave it to someone else because he brought his money first. I was never giving the option to bring it. I told her I had it from the first day we spoke but she would not take it. She did not want us to move in. Because she was trying to save it.

He ended up not being licensed. He had not been licensed for a long time. As soon as he took over our properties he had to evict one of our tenants. As soon as he filed the papers, we got a call from the agency that oversees property managers. They were doing an investigation of him for not being licensed. We ended up having to be witnesses in the case against him. He kept all of the deposits and never gave us the rent for the properties while he managed. It was a terrible experience we had with him.
