I called them after noticing the AC was not cooling, and they came out the next day.  After discovering the ants inside had caused the contactors to burn out, the problem was easily repaired (and the inside was sprayed to kill the ants).  Since the electrical disconnect box was located inside the AC unit, it had to be opened before the power could be shut off, so they moved this disconnect box outside onto the house,

This company did an excellent job, they were very comfortable to work with, and they completed the job quickly. The gentleman that came out explained what he was doing in detail and we would recommend him to others in our area.
