Handyman Matters responded very quickly when I left a message. They were out the next day to help investigate the windows. FOund out it was going to be a much bigger job than anticpiated. They rearranged their schedule and put 2 men on the job. They pulled out 10 windows reframed them and put them back in one day! next day was caulking and painting. I had them hang a new light in the bathroom, replace switches, GFCI outlets and few other things. They charge by the hour so whatever you have for them to do they can pretty much handle. They will let you know approximately how long it will take to complete. They sent me pictures every step of the way since I was not able to be there while they worked. Would highly reccomend to anyone thinking of hiring HM NE Metro Atl.

Darryl with handyman matters was very professional and friendly throughout the entire extensive wainscoting project. His carpenters Kenny and Ray were knowledgeable and efficient Upon completing the job to our specifications! They installed wainscoting throughout two stairwells and two hallways. We were pleasantly pleased with the results and we highly recommend using handyman matters for any and all our Handyman projects!

The repairman was very good. I don't recall his name as I am bad with names. He did work for us before and is very professional. My only problem is that they have to charge a minimum for work even if it takes much less time to do the work.

Outstanding service. Loved working with Rick. I was amazed at how quickly he got my project finished. He even went to the store to buy wood, he cut the boards, laid the boards and moved all my junk in 4 hours. I was very impressed!

We hired this company to replace siding on our chimney and replace rotten wood on top of chimney. They replaced siding but didn't replace rotten wood on top on chimney. I brought this to their attention but they refused to complete job. They even told me it would be an additional $400.00 because they would need to put ladders back up! We were very unhappy with service. If you choose to go with them please make sure to get even detail of the project in writing. And by the way, if something goes wrong with the project don't expect management to help because they won't.

These guys were amazing. They show up on time and do excellent work! The original contractor we hired to do a bathroom remodel stopped working and Handyman Matters finished the job. I wish I knew about home advisors and handyman matters prior to starting this project! Highly recommend them!!

This project was to repair age-soiled grout in two shower/bath stalls. The technician arrived punctually at the appointed time and finished the work within the initial time estimate. He was also flexible enough to take care of a small additional caulking job around kitchen counter.

The individual who came out Rick was thural and detailed, he finished in 2 1/2 hours when it was quoted for 3. He also called the night before to make sure everything was still good to go.

My husband was there for the project, although I submitted the request online. My husband said the young man was pretty cool and professional. When I spoke to the guy the night before, we laughed over the phone as he knew me already, in other words he listen to my needs and I cracked a few jokes and he as cool about. I will definitely be using his services again. We were pleased! I also love that when I called they were able to dispatch some one right away being that we are selling our home.
