Home Inspection
James is very knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasant person. He has years of experience in the field and is HUD and ASHI certified. We were confident in his ability to find problem areas in our new home. He is also high-tech savvy and produced a multi-page detailed report right on the spot. We were very happy and satisfied--very rare given our past experiences with service providers. James is definitely someone we would hire again if we ever need an inspector in the future.
