Able Service Company is officially my favorite A/C company after its impressive performance recently. From my initial contact to my chat with Rita in dispatch to Alex and Dustin who fixed both of our A/C units, I felt like a valued customer from beginning to end. Rita was super nice and went out of her way to make sure that we got just the right appointment. Alex and Dustin were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant to talk to. Their prices were reasonable and their willingness to take the time to educate us on the problems and make sure that ALL of my questions were answered was greatly appreciated. We REALLY like this company. It's not often these days to find a company who treats you like more than just a number.

Very well. Problem was discovered by home inspector as part of due-diligence for sale of home and repair required prior to closing. Company responded to repair request within minutes of entering. Dispatch scheduled the repair for the next day. Tech gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Two-man team was courteous and professional, completing the repair in 30 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the service call, would use them again and refer them to others in need of service.

Very well. We had to call them to come out a second time and they did so for no cost given it was the service man's mistake - he had missed something in our AC unit that was wrong. He fully admitted it and made notation on the service form so that we were not charged.

I had an original estimate, and they were very friendly and professional. The actual work was changed once the installer arrived to lower my cost. I paid $50 less than the estimate, which is unheard of! The guys were great. They were very respectful and professional.
