Heating and Air Conditioning Service
We decided to only contact Trane dealers that are "Comfort Specialists" as they have the most training on the Trane equipment. We initially contacted three (3) "Trane Comfort Specialists" all in Gwinnett County. Rich O'Driscoll (company owner) was on time for appointment to give us an estimate. He explained his findings in "simple English," and answered all of our questions. His initial visit gave us a "ballpark" estimate, and then as we decided on specific equipment, he gave us a more detailed written estimate. Rich also told us that duct work that another Trane dealer had encouraged was not needed. It helped that Rich is a Professional Engineer, and he was able to give us tips that we could do ourselves to save energy. A-One's price was $1,100 less than the next highest of the three bids that we received. Installation took two days, and crew was professional and neat. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, too! Highly recommend A-One Heating & Cooling!!
