The previous owners of my house did a horrible job installing some window tinting on the kitchen bay window and three picture windows on the third floor. They had applied the tint on the outside of the glass instead of the inside and it was baked-on. I could not remove it. They worked diligently and quickly and were able to remove it all and leave the windows very clean and transparent.

They installed different types of tints in the windows which don't match. They were very unprofessional and talk about inappropriate things. They have been paid in full and they are aware of this issue. They came on the 10th and I then called on the following Thursday to see if they are coming back to fix it and have gotten no response. They have been contacted multiple times and asked for payment quickly and now they are making me wait.

I had purchased some window tinting film at a home improvement store for a handyman try to install on the panes in the garage. I wanted to keep the landscaping crew from looking in and to reduce the heat in the summer. The film was not to my satisfaction so the handyman referred me to a professional in window tinting. I called Dan Shear and he returned the call the same day. I asked if he was able to perform the service by a certain day. He said since it was a bit of short notice, he would see what he could do and get back to me, but gave me a definite day if it didn't work out. Dan called back and stated he was able to meet my need as I was on the way back to the office (Friday after work) Dan showed on time, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. He did have someone with him to help. I wish I had done it sooner. It looks great and I can look out but no one can look in, unless it is at night and the lights are on in the garage. Also, it has reduced the heat index inside to approx 60%. Very happy.
