They were able to power wash and paint the exterior as well as replace our roof in a short window before we had a tenant move in. They even alerted us to things that needed to be repaired so we knew they wanted to be sure things were done right. For our new home, we were concerned about the glass in the door and downstairs windows. We didn't want people to be able to see in, but we also didn't want anything that looked like a mirror.
