They did a great job installing a sink that did not have a middle divider. Was going to be a tough job because I had soft laminate on my counters. They also recommended me where to go for a sink and faucet. They were right on with that recommendation. Would definitely use again! Can't remember the cost. I'm sorry, but it was very reasonable.

In 2017, Steven came out & said both toilets needed to be replaced. (crack in 1 tank & flange issue on the other.) Requested WHITE toilets, discovered after they were already installed that he put in off white on both. One continued leaking intermittently (this time from the base), he came back out and said my imagination (without even pulling it up to check it). Another plumber FIXED the issue March 2018. Base not seated correctly, so didn't have good seal. Also asked him about pipe coming out of ground with kitchen sink water coming from it. He had no idea what it was. Called him in Feb 2018 about kitchen sink being stopped up and several other small issues. We had also discussed him replacing our small hot water heater with a larger one last year and were ready to do that. Took 3 weeks to finally get him to call us back. Scheduled for him to come out to look at everything March 8, 2018. He never showed, so I called and was told by female he would call me back. He never called back. (He had told me when we spoke in Feb that he went to work for someone else and only does his plumbing business part time afternoon and weekends now.) Would have been great if he had just told me he didn't have time for the jobs, so I could go ahead and schedule someone else. I did find someone else who turned out to be wonderful (and a full time plumber). The outside pipe turned out to be a clean out that had been left uncapped and was related to the kitchen clogged drain issue.

Very friendly! Offered to simply patch the problem or completely correct it, no pressure either way. I opted for full correction :). Cost is about what I expected given the amount of replacement of the plumbing system under my sink. Came out same day despite it not being an urgent call.

Great. Arrived, went to work and got the job done. Had all the required materials and did a super job.

The service man was here within an hour.  He fixed the drain line back-up, and will be back in a week to put in a permenant fix for the issue.

He’s reasonable and works by himself. He doesn’t trust anyone as a worker unless they are working with him, he’s very meticulous. He is a retired GI and was a plumber in the Air Force. He did an outstanding job. He does all the plumbing for the Boy Scouts of America in this area and charges material only, no labor. So that shows you what kind of person he is.
