Gary did an excellent job, was very thorough, prompt and professional.  Would definitely recommend him for this service.

The job looked good when finished.

Gary did a pre-home inspection on our home prior to our purchase.  He went through everything(4 and a half hour inspection).  We purchased our home "as is".  Most of the things wrong with the house we were aware of.  The things that we were not aware of, I don't think he could have known (like the broken pipe under our drive). After the inspection, Gary told my husband he would be able to repair these things and provided an estimated cost.    Anything that needed repair, Gary came back and  was able to easily and quickly fix.  His price was very fair.    He is very straight forward, which I really liked.  When the pipe was broken under the drive, we could not find the over flow line.  Gary called the builder of the home(which was fairly new), the city water dept., and the plumber who put the lines in.  NO one was able to find this line(which should be a pvc pipe raised out of the ground).  When the builder arrived and was unable to located the line, Gary did not have any issue with telling the building about the window casings leaking, the Hardy plank siding on the house falling off, the stones on the columns falling off etc.  He really wanted to know what the (high end) builder had to say for himself. (and so did I).   Gary did find the line after a full day of looking for it, as someone had cut it off at ground level.  
 I felt that Gary really had our best interest at heart and wanted to do the best job possible for us.  He has also made follow calls to make sure everything was okay and that there wasn't anything else needed.
He is very professional all prices quoted were what we were charged.  If we need any type of repair or home improvements Gary Dove is who we will call.  We are very pleased with his work, his professionalism and his quality.
Sometimes it does take a little time to get him to call you back.

Gary came out, walked around the exterior and assessed damage by diggng into wood in certain areas. He then gave me an estimate based on all that he could find explaining that once they began , other items might show up. They began late that week by taking off the damaged wood, examining further, and telling me the options and what the new cost would be. I agreed and he finished the external portion and then went into the sunroom and finished up. He completed it in just over a week in between rainstorms .
