It was shear perfection. They showed up and got started and they were done before 1 O'clock in the afternoon. It looks better than ever!!

I had a commercial building for sale that needed holes repaired to stop the rain leaks. I had a potential buyer that knew of the leaks and wanted some kind of warranty for his piece of mind. Mr Wilkie gave me a transferrable warranty for 2 years. A month after the initial work was performed it rained and the roof leaked. I called Mr Wilkie and informed him of the new leaks and wanted them fixed under the warranty agreement. He said these must be new leaks and weren't covered. I told him no one had been on the roof since his crew. He then told me h I e would repair these leaks for an additional $1,000. His warranty was worthless and his work was not thorough. I have other rental buildings in the area and will never let this man on any of them.
