I had to visit the store to find the status of the job ? no phone status updates.
The original time needed to complete the job was extended as time progressed. The time to complet the job was over two weeks later then originally quoted. The excuse was that he had trouble getting the material.
The cost of the material needed was more than originally quoted even though he said the final price would depend on actual material used to do the job. This resulted in a $75 extra charge when the chairs were delivered. I was not pre-warned that there would be an additional charge.
The workmanship of the finished job was excellent.
