Every month I'd see the Terminix truck outside my house. The rep would spray the outside, and if we were home, ask if there was anything inside we needed. Reps were always very polite, quick on the job, and knowledgeable if we had questions.

They are fine.  The price is average.  We had lot scorpions in the house and we wanted them to be gone.  We had quite a lot of treatments and we haven't seen one for a while.   It took a couple of tries.  We live in the country.  They come back out and do the treatments.  Their price is comparable.  They come out when we call them.  If we want the service inside of the house, then we need to be there when they come out.

He's punctual, on time and gives us a call when he's coming. The biggest problem we have and our neighbors have are ants and so far we haven't seen any since we started using them. I don't have any complaints. Their price is comparable to anyone else.

They sucks. Here is how they run their business. I had them for eight years. They send you an email sending I am coming out on Wednesday at 1 o'clock. Right way I work every day and I will not be home at 1 o'clock. If you don't like your appointment call them, like they can call me and ask me when I am here, but that is how they run the show. Before days they start doing email appointments they just had somebody come through our house and they made a termite inspection. I only had them for termite. We do our own control. My backyard is fencing and the dog is in the back so they can't go in the back they do not have a key to the house, but they can't get into the house, but they do make termite inspection, when nobody is in home and the dog is in the back, so they walk around and look stupid and keep invoice on the floor and they leave. When I come home at 6 o'clock I find invoice on the bush. They said because of dog they didn't go to backyard. They have been doing this stuff for years. I would not recommend them to anybody. They are friendly and everything. I have to use them again in the future.

the installer got it done , but was not on top of his work. Hope this installation works, do not have any signs of termites ,was done as a precaution.

Terminix - Auburn treated me very professionally. They took their job seriously. They treated me with respect. I don't have to follow them behind to see what they're doing because I trust them. 

They do a very good job. We don’t have any bugs. We have a contract with them. They charge $38 a month to come and treat the house. Our daughter also uses them. We would recommend them to others.

We have always used them and like them.  They always call before they come.  I'll continue to use them in the future.

Went very well. Very professional and prompt service on both return call and at home appointment.

They come to my house periodically to check for termites, and they do a good job. They are also very reliable.

I have a monthly contract with them.  They are very thorough.  The people that come out to do the spraying are professional, respectful and clean.

I would give them an A for everything.

They come out quarterly to provide general pest control services. They spray the interior of my house if I need them to. They are very professional and prompt. I don't have any problems with the service.
