We really liked them and they did a great job. It took a month to do it, but they put us up in a hotel room and the insurance covered the whole thing. My husband complained every single day that we were in the hotel room that he wanted to be back at our house but it was just impossible to be here. We didn't have water or even the basic services, so we were up the creek. They're pretty expensive and basically they do insurance work. It was just one of those things that just sprung up on us and we had to move out for a month and it was just crazy bad news, but we survived it and now we have a new updated kitchen. The quality was good and I know that they took other people off of their jobs to finish. They worked as hard as they could for a whole month. It was a good deal. It took forever to get in touch with Jamie, but he's just running so many jobs at a time. We recently called them up because we had a non-insurance job and he gave us this kind of ridiculous quote, so we wouldn't do it again unless it's an insurance job.

They were to tarp the roof and dry everything with blowers and de-humidifiers.  They only did part of job and billed our insurance company for all of it.  They did not get a permit for work they were to do.  They were to tarp the roof and it still leaked and left a big hole.  There were nails left sticking up which ripped the tarp quickly.  They didn't seal anything and it was left leaking for 3.5 months.  They didn't do things they were to do and also did things they didn't need to do.
