We called and got in on the same day. My cat was having some pains from her arthritis. She was taken good care of, given a shot to help her and we were sent on our way. We've used this vet for the past 15 years. They've taken such good care of our animals over all health and well being. They even offered and helped me when one of my pets had cancer, I will never forget all the did for me at that time.

The office was able to see me the same day (I had the day off work). They were very friendly and professional. I was impressed that Dr. Durham let me know that if I ever had a weekend problem, I could just call their after hours number and they would help me (it is very common in this area to have problems getting a vet to see your animal on the weekend or after hours). I was able to put this offer to the test just a few weeks later. After calling several vets that I had used in the past (with no answer), I remembered Dr. Durham's offer. I called his office and within 10 minutes was on the phone with his new associate Dr. Kirby. He offered to meet me at the clinic within 15 minutes. I picked up the dog from my friend's mother and met Dr. Kirby at the clinic. He was very professional and caring about the dogs care. We got my friend on the phone and discussed the best way to care for the dog. Based on this I have also switched my two dogs over to LVH. I highly recommend this clinic to every dog owner I meet!
