FIRST PRESBYTERIAN MONTESSORI

I would like to make one correction. Angie's list has First Presbyterian Montessori Preschool and kindergarten listed as a child care center. It is not a childcare center. It is a school. I have sent three children to this school. My oldest is now 14 and my youngest recently graduated from the school. The Montessori program is a truly amazing education program. I was amazed year after year that all of my children were reading by the age of three years old. They also knew all the continents. I have been very pleased with the entire program. Their staff is very well trained and they truly loved my children-- which is what every mother hopes for their child. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. I was surprised the first time I visited my child's classroom. The teacher ring A tiny little dinner down and the entire room stop what they were doing, put their work away neatly, and sat down on the rug, without saying a word. When I realized my child was capable of cleaning up after herself without having to be told, things changed at our house. I highly recommend this program.
