CITRASOLUTION CARPET CLEANING

They were really accommodating with the schedule. They worked fast and professional. We liked the fact the they used more natural products instead of chemicals. I don't remember what the cost was but I do remember thinking, that's all? I was pleasantly surprised at the price.

I am a realtor and I find using Angie's List puts me in connection with good companies like this one. I use a lot of services I find on the List to take care of houses I have listed for my business. I appreciate working with professionals, like the ones at Citrasolutions.

The carpets came out great. The stains were removed without a problem and the cleaners even left me a bottle of free spot remover in case I needed it. The citrus based solution they use works great and is safe for the carpets.

Following renter move-out, carpet was stained with burns, candlewax, paint and who knows what. Raymond Smith promised me his best cleaning citrus solution would clean the carpet and get out all the spots, and leave a healthy environment. He also told me that he would inspect the carpet and tell me in advance if he did not think his product would clean it. He did not contact me with any objections before he cleaned the carpet, but after he supposedly was finished cleaning, the carpet did not look any cleaner and all the spots were still there. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Mr. Smith became upset and told me to find someone who could clean it better. So I did! (I did not pay Mr. Smith for his nonperformance.)
