The plumber arrived I showed him the pipe and he replaced it. He was finished in 20 minutes. He returned with a bill that stated 45 minutes service time. I got on the phone and called my husband to ask what he wanted to do. My husband called the office to discuss the issue. it's worth noting that later that evening I reviewed the security camera footage to make sure I was accurate about the 20 minutes, and I was. At that point the plumber noticed that one side of the sink was draining slowly. The other side was draining fine. He asked if I had a plunger. I told him that wasn't necessary. The children had probably put food down that side of the drain while the sink was out of order and I would deal with it later. He told me that he was not allowed to leave an issue unresolved. I decided to give him the plunger. I texted my husband and told him to go ahead and pay the 45 minutes because he was going to fix the drain. He worked on it for a very long time. The end result is that the clog was pushed from just the one side of the sink down the line, past the cabinets, into the wall and I now had a full blockage. Instead of just undoing the plumbing under the sink to clear it he had pushed it all the way through the new piping he had just installed. Two additional plumber showed up and they began working with a snake. I was getting concerned about the amount of time it was taking to fix this issue. At this point my husband came home. He called the owner, Alex, and asked what they were planning to do about this. His man had taken a simple issue and turned it into a major problem. He said we would still be responsible for their per hour rate plus materials. My husband asked if we could agree on a flat rate. He didn't think it was fair to have to pay someone for five hours labor, as they had already been working for three hours and still had no idea how much longer it would be. Now they were talking about having to rip into the wall to remove the pipe and replace it. We ended up asking them to leave. We called a new company the next day. Not only had the plumber pushed the clog all the way down but they had punctured a hole in the pipe. They were able to fix it for a flat rate of $220. Also, they did not have to tear into the wall, which is what Beals was planning to do. We also had to pay Bealls' bill. This never should've happened and when it did they should've done the right thing. We were very disappointed. We have been longtime customers. We have used this company over a dozen times. We have had major work done by them, including replacing the mainline to our house. We have never complained before. It is extremely disappointing that we were treated this way. When a very good customer comes to you with a complaint it should be taken seriously. They were more concerned with losing out on the hourly rate of their workers than doing the right thing. In my opinion this company has grown too fast. The initial plumber that showed up made a mistake. It happens sometimes. A good company will do the right thing.

They were able to come out to the house quickly to check on a leaking hot water heater.  They told me the unit needed to be replaced and did a good job replacing it.  However, the hot water heater was not the problem and the unit leaked again that night.  I ended up paying 700 dollars to replace a hot water heater when I had a leaking ball valve.  Quality work but customers should not have to worry about being taken advantage of, would not recommend unless you just want the most expensive repair option done.

This has occurred numerous times......... My fault.
Many times I have broken different connections on my irrigation system that I installed at my house. Each time that it happens, I call Alex with Beall's Plumbing and he sends out one of his guys or himself right away. They always complete the work in a timely manner and never try to sell me extra things. If anything, I have to convince them that I want to spend more money on extra things.

They were wonderful to work with and the price was very reasonable. It was nice because they did the work necessary to fix the problem rather than do extra work just to be able to charge more. We are having them back to install a tank for the water heater and also to install a water filter for the refrigerator.
