Very good...had to make 3 trips due to faulty equipment sent from the manufacturer but did not charge anything for additional trips

Alan Cook has serviced a couple of our home appliances three times over the last couple of years. He has replaced a relay switch in our refrigerator, replaced the circuit board in our washing machine, and replaced a burned out motor fan in our freezer. Alan is very helpful, punctual, and honest. He is a hard worker. I will continue to contact him for any appliance issues we may have as he has shown himself to be an excellent repairman.
