What he did, he dumped construction dirt all over my yard with big trucks of concrete stuff all over my yard. So, construction debrief was what I've been told. He should have raked it, or done something, so he just really messed up my yard. If people are going to do work, they need to stand by and do it right. You shouldn't have to pay somebody else to come and do it right the second time. And that is what happened with both him and his son. They seemed nice and it was sort of an emergency, but I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Because when I called him back out here to see if he wouldn't rake all that stuff out, he acted like it was nothing. So he should have said yeah, I know that I dumped all this stuff on your yard - it was all I could find during the flood, and I'm willing to rake all these blocks out, but he didn't. I didn't know the city said it was some worst construction debrief they've ever seen. It was just not worth anything, they'll have to dump it on my yard. You shouldn't have to redo work and I had to redo his and I had to redo his sons'. For me that is a failure. If they can't do it and do it right the first time, then they should come back and do it until it's done right. But that is not what I've found. His son was in too big of a hurry to go to some kind of a dentist and he just quickly did some work. I didn't even call him back. He wasn't an unpleasant man or anything like that. It's just the quality of his work.
