the meetings went ok, but right as we were ready to try and work out details on building the housing market started a short rebound and the prices went up and the size of the house would have been smaller than what we had originally talked about. At the same time our realtor showed us a foreclosure and it was going to be much cheaper and quicker to move forward with that house purchase and so we did.
