NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!Had a saggy headliner in car and wanted it re-upholstered. Took it to USA Tint & Upholstery. Owner, Anthony Gill (Cheap Tony) trashed our car and the work he did actually was worse than it was when we brought it to him to repair! He caused SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS of damage to INTERIOR and EXTERIOR of the car. I think he used the roof of the car as his workbench. There was adhesive EVERYWHERE: inside and out of the car. He literally snapped-off the rear view mirror and cracked the windshield. The upholstery work he did looks like an inexperienced teenager did it! No joke. He took no care at all snapping and breaking interior trim fasteners. When I arrived to pick up the car, he was "just finishing up". The car was outside running with the A/C on and the driver;s side door open IN THE RAIN! He was in the driver's seat. When I looked inside the car, MY HEART STARTED TO POUND! He totally trashed the car and had no intention of cleaning up after himself. Glue was smeared all over the new fabric, leather seats, center console, floor and the outside of the car! His demeanor and attitude was that of someone who just crawled out from under a rock. He was abrasive, insulting, and antagonistic toward my wife and me. He insisted he performed a quality job much like a two-year-old feels about her first finger painting. To amends for the broken windshield he wanted to put in a used one and use his service provider. He refused to provide me with a work order or statement of work. When I insisted, he wrote a few lines of text with a black magic marker on a piece of paper. There is way more to say if it was important...I think this is sufficient to deter any poor soul seeking to give a local business some work.NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!Did not pay. May need to go to Magistrate Court. My car insurance company is involved!
